Anti-bullying Ambassadors

In 2021, we trained 50 Anti-bullying ambassadors across the school. In 2022, a further 15 ABAs received online training through the Diana Award and are now working towards their badges through an after school club led by Mrs Bate (PHSE Lead) and her team.

Part of this training provided online by the Diana award team teaches children about the principle of bullying behaviour, how as an anti-bullying ambassador you should deal with situations and when you should seek adult support.

We are so proud to have so many children volunteer across the school for this initiative.

Wise Up Award

In 2020 we were awarded our Silver Wise up award for raising awareness about Hate Crime and Anti Bullying.

You can see us collecting our award here

As a school we are working hard on our portfolio of work for the next award season aiming even higher this time round!

Anti-Bullying Week 2020

During Anti-Bullying week we were able to take part in a number of activities that enabled the children to understand that everyone is unique, differences are great and that we should be kind to everyone.

We took part in odd socks day, made anti-bullying pledges, posters and most importantly we celebrated everything that makes us the unique individuals that we are.
