Support we can offer to you and your family
At Cinnamon Brow we know that children, young people and their families have different types of needs and sometimes they may require extra support. We want to offer support to our families and would encourage you to reach out to us if you are needing support. One way this extra support can be provided is through something called Early Help.
Early Help is voluntary and is driven by you. We as a school can support you at 'school level' with someone from the school working alongside you to look at the support that can be put in place. Alternatively, we can make a joint decision that we need other services to support.
An Early Help Assessment will be completed with you by our family liaison officer. This would be an opportunity to find out a little more about what support you need and to get to know you and your family a little more. The support identified could involve making referrals to health services, finding sources of support through the council or purely extra support through school. The assessment means everyone can make sure the support is working and making a difference.
For further information about Early Help or any queries regarding the safeguarding of your child please contact:
Ms Hughes via the school office or email directly at earlyhelp@cinnamonbrow.org.uk
