Inclusion Week
Each Autumn term we have an inclusion week. The focus for our week changes each year but always incorporates our curriculum drivers of: spirituality, possibilities, diversity and community. Over the last three years we have looked at: gender, culture and disabiliy.
During Inclusion Week, New Delhi have been researching Indian and Japanese cultures. The children have loved learning about how others live across the globe. They have particularly enjoyed sketching and painting Japanese landscapes with watercolour. When these are finished, the children will then make them into Japanese fans.
